Retention of noradrenaline by the rat endometrial epithelium. Action of estradiol]

The application of the cytochemical fluorescence method on uterine samples obtained from spayed rats, injected with ascorbic acid, oestradiol, norspinephrine and oestradiol plus norepinephrine, permits the visualization of an extraneuronal uptake of norepinephrine by the luminal and glandular epithelium of the rat endometrium. The enhancing of the oestradiol uptake exerted by norepinephrine could be explained in this case by a direct action of norepinephrine on the target cell.

本文报道了N,N'-二硫撑二烷基-双-(S-ω-氟垸基硫代磷酸)的合成方法.在胱胺或高胱胺上,引入烷基硫代磷酸根,得到双硫代磷酸类化合物.介绍了所合成化台物的理化特性,并用昆明种小鼠进行辐射防护作用的动物实验研究.结果表明.化台物Ⅵ-A阳Ⅵ-D的防护效果与胱胺盐酸盐相似.     

显微定量法测定中成药中猪牙皂的含量

目的 :制定猪牙皂在脐风散与惊风散中的显微定量标准。方法 :用显微定量法 ,以猪牙皂特有的石细胞为显微特征物 ,对脐风散与惊风散中的猪牙皂进行测定。结果 :猪牙皂含量与每毫克特征数呈显著的线性正相关 ,回归方程为 y =61 .42 x -1 .1 0× 1 0 - 3(γ=1 .0 0 ,α=0 .0 5 )。结论 :显微定量法测定脐风散与惊风散中猪牙皂的含量是可行的 ,结果可靠     

中脑导水管周围灰质NO对大鼠血压的影响及其机制探讨

目的 探讨大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)NO对血压的影响及作用机制。方法 采用微量注射法，观察大鼠血压的变化，放免法检测Ach含量。结果 PAG内微量注射L-NNA后，大鼠平均动脉压升高，延髓头端腹外侧区(RVLM)内Ach含量增多，且这一升压效应可被PALG内预注L-Arg或RVLM内预注东莨菪碱所阻断。结论PAG内NO可能经RVLM内Ach介导对血压有紧张性抑制作用。     

不同类型腹膜炎内毒素血症形成的实验研究

本实验通过建立无菌和有菌两类实验性急性腹膜炎的大鼠模型，分别在不同时间测定其心血内毒素含量，从而分析在不同类型腹膜炎时内毒素血症的形成机制。结果表明两类腹膜炎的心血内毒素含量均高于正常值（Ｐ＜０．０１）。从而说明无论是细菌性或化学性腹膜炎，只要腹腔出现炎性反应则会使血中内毒素含量明显增加，任何种腹膜炎皆可使肠壁发生病理变化而使肠源性内毒素大量入血．而细菌性腹膜炎又有腹腔感染细菌所产生的内毒素入血，因此血中内毒素含量更有所增高。本实验证明急性腹膜炎血中内毒素来源，除来自感染病灶外，肠源性内毒素是一重要来源。     

Intrinsic viscosity versus molar mass relationship of poly(3-hexylthiophene) in toluene

The Mark-Houwink-Sakurada equation for poly(3-hexylthiophene) (PHTh) in toluene has been determined from seven fractions of a chemically polymerized sample: [η] = 1,312 . 10^?2 M^0,77. The polymer chain turned out to be rather flexible, and a persistence length of 25 Å was obtained from a Bohdanecky treatment of the Yamakawa-Fujii theory for a worm-like cylinder. In order to reconcile the conjugation length of six monomeric units (23,4 Å along the backbone) and the statistical Kuhn length of 50 Å, a block copolymer model of rigid coplanar segments of six monomeric units and flexible segments, involving many successive rotating inter-ring bonds, has been proposed for the PHTh chain in solution.     

铅对恒河猴的月经和妊娠结局影响的观察

本文报道了恒河猴在接触较低剂量醋酸铅的亚慢性作用下,对月经和妊娠结局的影响。结果表明,铅可引起恒河猴的月经机能障碍、受孕率降低和流产。月经异常以周期延长和周期不规则为主,周期不规则发生率呈剂量-反应关系。
